Abstract: 38 down-bearing goats were stimulated to superovulate with FSH produced from three factories, and the results showed that the best FSH was from Ningbo hormone factory, acording to the amount of obtained embryos and available embryos. Thereby, FSH from native factories such as Ningbo hormone factory was preferred to use in the process of embryo-transfer of down-bearing goats, for which not only could stimulate goats to ovulate enough but also was cheaper. In conclusion, the use of native FSH could make embryo-transfer technique apply to goats-breeding industry better.
