贵州半细毛羊ADAMTS1基因部分外显子多态性研究

Abstract

Abstract: In order to explore the role of ADAMTS1 gene in sheep breeding, in this study, Guizhou semifine-wool sheep were used to construct DNA pools.The complete sequences of the 1th, 2th, 5-7th and 9th exons and part of introns in ADAMTS1 were obtained by designing specific primers to study the genetic polymorphism of ADAMTS1 gene.The results showed that one SNP (A255C) was found in exon 6, and four (A127G, G243T, G303T, A401G) SNPs were found in exon 9. Bioinformatics analysis showed that the polymorphisms led to the changes of RNA secondary structure and protein structure.ADAMTS1 gene might affect reproductive performance of Guizhou semifine-wool sheep.
