摘要: 越来越多的证据表明,内源性硫化氢是一种新的气体信号分子,对中枢神经系统功能有着重要的调节和保护作用。而硫化氢在麻醉过程中的作用尚不知晓,通过对NMDA受体调节、调控神经细胞钙通道及气体信号分子与麻醉关系等方面的分析,推测硫化氢与麻醉具有一定的关联。

Abstract: A growing number of evidence show that endogenous hydrogen sulphide(H2S) is a new kind of gaseous signal molecule, which plays an important role in regulation and protection of central nervous system. But the role of hydrogen sulphide in anesthesia is still unknown.This paper infer that H2S has some association with anesthesia with the analysis of the adjustment to NMDA receptors, nerve cells calcium channel and the relationship between gaseous signal molecule and anesthesia.
