纳豆芽孢杆菌与黄芪多糖在动物生产中应用的研究进展

摘要: 纳豆芽孢杆菌属细菌科芽孢杆菌属,作为益生菌的一种,可用于医药、食品和饲料;黄芪多糖是从豆科植物膜荚黄芪或蒙古黄芪根中分离出的多糖组分,是一种重要的天然成分,由葡萄糖、半乳糖、阿拉伯糖等组成;大量研究结果表明,纳豆芽孢杆菌和黄芪多糖都具有提高动物免疫力、改善动物生产性能和促进饲喂效果的作用。作者查阅了大量国内外相关文献,就纳豆芽孢杆菌及黄芪多糖在动物生产中的应用进行综述,并对二者在动物生产中混合使用的前景进行展望。

Abstract: Bacillus natt belonged to Bacillus, Bacillaceae, as a kind of probiotic could be used in medicine, food and feed. Astragalus polysaccharide (APS), as an important natural ingredients, were consist with glucose, galactose, arabinose, and so on. Studies results showed that Bacillus natto and APS played a role in enhancing animal immunity, improving animal performance, and promotting the role of feeding effect. A large number of domestic and foreign literatures were readed, the application of Bacillus natto and APS in animal production were reviewed in this article, and the application prospect of both combined use in animal production were outlooked.
