摘要: 抑制素是性腺分泌的一种糖蛋白激素,它具有抑制垂体促卵泡素合成和分泌的作用。抑制素具有免疫反应性,抑制素免疫在提高动物繁殖性能方面有良好的应用前景。作者阐述了抑制素的结构和特性以及抑制素免疫的机理、类型、方法和影响因素及其在畜牧业中的应用。

Abstract: Inhibins are dimeric gonadal glycoprotein hormones that negatively regulate pituitary FSH synthesis and secretion belonging to the transforming growth factorβsuperfamily of growth factors. Inhibin immunization has an important potential use in advancing the animal reproductive performance. In this paper, we briefly introduced the structure, characteristic of inhibin, as well as the mechanisms, the types, the methods and the influencing factors of inhibin immunization and its application in livestock husbandry.
