摘要: DNA疫苗是在分子生物学技术基础上发展起来的第3代新型疫苗,已体现出其竞争优势和应用潜能。同传统的疫苗相比,DNA疫苗具有免疫效果好、生产成本低、临床应用方便等优点,但同样存在安全性的担忧。文章回顾了DNA疫苗的发展简史,阐述了DNA疫苗的免疫机理,分析了DNA疫苗研究现状,并对DNA疫苗的安全性提出了自己的观点与看法,旨在为DNA疫苗研究提供参考。

Abstract: DNA vaccine was the third generation of vaccine, and had reflected the competitive advantages and application potential in the past. DNA vaccine was developed on the basis of molecular biology technologies.Compared with traditional vaccines,it had more advantages,such as good immune effect, low production cost, and convenient for the clinical application, but it also could be found safety concerns. To provide the references for DNA vaccine researchers,the DNA vaccine history,immune mechanism and research status quo were summarized, and the viewpoint about its security was presented in present paper.
