人工设计天蚕素抗菌肽AMP-D及其活性测定

Artificial Design Cecropins of AMP-D and Determination of Activity

摘要: 本试验通过对抗菌肽结构改造优化,得到了一条新设计的抗菌肽AMP-D,并利用固相合成技术人工合成后对其活性和溶血性进行测定。试验结果表明,AMP-D对革兰氏阴性菌及真菌没有生物活性,对革兰氏阳性菌有明显的抑制作用,且其没有溶血活性;AMP-D对金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度为10.5 μg/mL,较原设计肽活性有较大提高。

Abstract: By the experiment of antimicrobial peptides structure optimization and solid-phase synthesis technology of synthetic,new antibacterial peptide AMP-D could be obtained. According to determination of its activity and hemolytic, the experimental results showed that AMP-D could inhibit the growth of Gram-positive bacteria, and was no hemolytic activity. Minimal inhibitory concentration of AMP-D was 10.5 μg/mL against Staphylococcus aurous. The antimicrobial activities of AMP-D had more improve than the original peptide.
