摘要: 氟是维持动物生命活动所必需的微量元素之一,在行使正常的生理功能过程中发挥重要作用,然而,其作用也具有两面性。过量的氟可引起机体多器官受损的全身性疾病。氟化物对机体免疫功能的影响是近些年来研究的热点之一。作者主要对氟化物对白细胞介素、肿瘤坏死因子和干扰素表达及功能的影响进行综述,并对其影响机制进行初步探讨。

Abstract: Fluorine is one of the essential trace elements to animal body, and with many physiological effects. However, excess fluoride can cause systemic diseases that multi-organ is damaged. It is a research focus about fluoride that the effects on immune function. This paper includes an illustration of the effect of fluoride on the expression and function of animal cytokines, including IL,TNF,IFN, and preliminary discusses its influence mechanism.
