水牛血液与乳中LDH活力的对比研究

摘要: 利用不连续缓冲体系聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)进行乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)同工酶与生产性能的关系分析, 结果表明,水牛血清和乳中LDH都有5种同工酶,它们分别是LDH-1、LDH-2、LDH-3、LDH-4、LDH-5。其中LDH-1与产奶性能有较高的遗传相关,拟作为水牛遗传育种的附加标记。

Abstract: The relationship between milk producing traits and characteristics of LDH isozymes, including its polymorphisms and relative activity ,were analysed by using PAGE. The result showed that spectrum of the isozymes in buffalo milk demonstrated a similar pattern with blood. The relative activity of LDH1,the highest among all bands of the LDH isozymes, had a significant association with milk yield. And may be used as genetic markers in the buffalo breeding.
