贵州小香鸡生长激素基因单核苷酸多态性分析

Single Nucleotide Polymorphism Analysis of GH Gene in Guizhou Xiaoxiang Chicken

摘要: 本研究采用直接测序法对贵州小香鸡生长激素(growth hormone gene,GH)基因的2~3外显子区域进行多态性分析。结果显示,在第2内含子处出现4个SNPs位点:G47A、T170C 、T334C和G393A。卡方检测结果表明,T33C处显著偏离了Hardy-Weinberg平衡(P<0.05),其它3个SNPs位点均处于Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态(P>0.05)。

Abstract: The polymorphism of exon 2 to 3 of growth hormone gene(GH) gene was measured with the method of direct sequenceing in Guizhou Xiaoxiang chicken in this study. The results showed that there were 4 SNPs in intron 2,which were G47A,T170C,T334C and G393A.The results of Chi-square test indicated that the T334C site unfit with the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium,but the three others sites fit with the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.
