摘要: 近年来,畜禽粪便引发的恶臭气体污染逐渐成为公众关注的焦点。恶臭气体在产生和减少过程中涉及到多种微生物,且某些微生物种类在此过程中发挥着重要作用。因此,了解粪便中微生物的种类、性质和不同菌群在产生恶臭过程中发挥的作用是有效控制恶臭气体产生的技术关键。作者综述了与粪便产生恶臭化合物相关的菌群种类、恶臭化合物种类、不同菌群在产生恶臭化合物过程中的作用及国内外利用微生物原理的恶臭控制技术最新研究进展。

Abstract: In recent years, odor pollution caused by livestock and poultry feces had gradually become the focus of public concern. Generation and reduction of odors were a complex processes that involved a variety of bacterial species, and some microbes played a major role in the process. Therefore, it was the key to develop effective odor control techniques that understanded bacterial genera indigenous to livestock manure and their potential for odorous compound production. This paper reviewed the available information related to the types of bacteria in livestock manure, the main odorous compounds associated with different bacterial genera, and the new techniques used to control odor based on microbiological principles at home and abroad.
