松辽黑猪和长白猪催乳素受体基因第10外显子多态性与繁殖性状的关联分析

Association Analysis on Polymorphisms of Prolactin Receptor (PRLR) Gene Exon 10 with Reproductive Traits in Songliao Black Pig and Landrace Pig

摘要: 试验旨在探讨催乳素受体(prolactin receptor,PRLR)基因遗传多态性及其与松辽黑猪、长白猪繁殖性状的关联性。采用PCR-RFLP方法对松辽黑猪和长白猪PRLR基因第10外显子进行了多态性检测,并运用最小二乘法分析各基因型对母猪繁殖性能的遗传效应。结果表明,两个猪种中都存在A、B 2个等位基因和AA、AB、BB 3种基因型,松辽黑猪和长白猪等位基因A的频率分别0.551和0.578,A为优势基因。两个猪种的AA基因型个体的断奶仔猪数、乳头数都显著高于其他两个基因型(P<0.05),初产松辽黑猪AA基因型个体的TNB、NBA显著高于其他基因型(P<0.05),对其他繁殖性状影响不显著,但呈现出AA>AB>BB的趋势。

Abstract: The purpose was to investigate the association between the polymorphisms of PRLR gene exon 10 and reproductive traits in Songliao Black pig and Landrace pig. Polymorphisms of PRLR gene exon 10 were detected by PCR-RFLP in Songliao Black pig and Landrace pig, then their genetic effects on reproductive traits were analyzed by the least square method. The results showed that there were two alleles (A and B) and three genotypes (AA, AB and BB) in the two pig species, and the frequencies of the dominant allele A were 0.551 and 0.578 in Songliao Black pig and Landrace pig respectively.The weaning piglets number, the number of nipples of individuals with AA genotype were significantly higher than the other two genotypes (P<0.05). The TNB、NBA of individuals with AA genotype in primiparous Songliao Black pig were significantly higher than other genotypes (P<0.05), other reproductive traits were not significantly affected by genotype, but showed the genotype AA>AB>BB trend.
