蛋白质组学研究进展及其在中兽医学中的应用探讨

摘要: 随着生命科学研究进入后基因组时代,蛋白质组学作为重要的实验技术,已经成为筛选重大疾病的特异生物标志物和研究发病机理的新途径。文章总结了蛋白质组学研究的主要内容和方法,简述了蛋白质组学在生命科学的应用概况,并探讨了其在中兽医学研究中的应用前景。

Abstract: With the life science research entering into the post-genome period, the proteomics considered as an important technique has been a new pathway to screen the special protein biomarkers and study the mechanism of the enormous diseases. The paper reviewed the research methods and contents of proteomics, the progress of its application in life sciences, and discussed its application prospect in TCVM.
