复合活菌制剂降解虾塘中亚硝酸盐的研究与应用

摘要: 本试验以真菌和反硝化细菌为基础菌种按一定比例制得复合活菌制剂,对虾塘养殖水中的亚硝酸盐进行降解或处理。结果表明,活菌制剂净化亚硝酸盐污染的虾塘养殖水效果好于单个反硝化细菌、某复合活菌制剂和硝氮综合剂,复合活菌制剂各菌种在虾塘养殖水中分解亚硝酸盐的作用上各有特点,可为形成共生长效的虾塘养殖水环境修复微生物种群提供基础。

Abstract: Taking fungi and denitrifying bacteria for experimental strains,in a certain proportion of shrimp pond after mixing ratio of nitrite aquaculture water content of degradation or processing. The results indicated that after dosing the hybrid bacterium fluid handling of central shrimp pond water aquaculture nitrate content were lower than that of a single denitrifying bacteria,Oriental bacteria nitrogen king,and denitration comprehensive agent and control group,the mixed bacteria shrimp pond aquaculture water decomposition liquid in the role of nitrite in have different features,can form symbiotic long-acting shrimp pond water aquaculture environmental restoration of microbial populations provides the basis.
