摘要: 近年来,通过营养调控改变牛乳组成已经越来越受到研究人员的重视。作者综述了通过营养调控对奶牛牛乳乳脂肪、乳蛋白及乳糖的影响。

Abstract: Through nutrition manipulation alter milk composition have been more and more concerned by researcher in recent years. This paper reviewed through nutritional regulation of milk for cow milk fat, milk protein and lactose.
