蒲公英水提物对鲫鱼生长、鱼体成分、消化酶和免疫系统的影响

摘要: 本试验将蒲公英水提物添加在鲫鱼饲料中喂养鲫鱼70 d,观察研究蒲公英水提物对各组鲫鱼的生长、鱼体成分、消化酶和免疫系统的影响。结果表明,添加4%、2%的蒲公英水提物能促进鲫鱼的生长,对鲫鱼的肉质有改善作用,能显著提高鲫鱼的淀粉酶和蛋白酶活性(P<0.05);添加4%、2%蒲公英水提物组鲫鱼血液白细胞数目均极显著增多(P<0.01);4%、2%和1%的蒲公英水提物对鲫鱼血清总蛋白、甘油三酯的含量和谷丙转氨酶活性均无显著影响(P>0.05);4%、2%的蒲公英水提物能显著提高鲫鱼血清碱性磷酸酶的活性(P<0.05)。

Abstract: This test observed growth performance,muscle composition,digestive enzyme and immune system of Carassius auratus Linn. fed diets with aqueous extract of Taraxacum mongolicum Hand-mazz. for 70 days. The results showed that with 4%,2% aqueous extract of Taraxacum mongolicum Hand-mazz. could promote growth; 4%,2% group could improve muscle composition;4%,2% groups could rise significantly activity of diastase and proteinase(P<0.05);4%,2% groups could rise most significantly number(P<0.01);4%,2% and 1% groups could not effect content of total protein and triglyceride and activity glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(GPT) in blood serum (P>0.05);4%,2% groups could rise significantly activity of alkaline phosphatase in blood serum (P<0.05).
