中国荷斯坦牛运动评分的遗传参数估计

摘要: 本研究利用2007年间武汉惠尔康扬子江乳业有限公司武湖牧场887头母牛运动评分的鉴定记录,配合单性状动物模型,利用MTDFREML软件,采用REML方法估计了相关的参数。结果表明,运动评分受泌乳期和饲养方式的影响,运动评分随泌乳期的增加有增加的趋势,栓系式饲养奶牛相对于散栏式饲养奶牛有更高的运动评分。运动评分的遗传力为0.09,为低遗传力性状。

Abstract: The objective of this study was to estimate genetic parameter for locomotion score by applying single-trait animal model through MTDFREML with REML algorithm in China Holstein cattle, and data from 887 cows collected in 2007 derived from Wuhu farm in Wuhan. The results showed that locomotion score was affected by lactation number and housing types. There was an increasing tendency in locomotion score with the increase of lactation number. Locomotion score of tie-stall dairy cow was higher than that of free-stall dairy cow, the heritability of locomotion score was 0.09, the locomotion score, was a low heritability trait.
