瘤胃微生物定量方法的研究进展

摘要: 当前人们对瘤胃中微生物的认识只有10%~20%,不断改进研究技术和手段,才能大大推动瘤胃微生态领域的研究。作者阐述了瘤胃微生物传统定量方法(滚管计数法和最大或然数法)和分子生物学定量方法,如探针杂交技术、荧光原位杂交、DGGE、定量PCR和流式细胞计量术(flow cytometry )等的应用状况及其各自的优缺点。

Abstract: There are only 10%~20% microbes being learned form rumen by now. It is the necessary for promoting extensive and intensive research on rumen ecosystem to develop novel research method. This review discuss about the researched progress and their advantage or disadvantage of the quantitative method of traditional (roll-tube technique and most probable number) and modern molecular biology (nucleic acid hybridization, FISH, DGGE, quantification PCR and Flow cytometry).
