摘要: 镉是一种公认的对人和动物健康有害的金属元素,可诱导机体多种组织细胞发生凋亡。镉致细胞凋亡的信号转导通路主要包括线粒体通路和死亡受体通路,作者主要从这两条途径对镉诱导细胞凋亡的分子机制进行综述。

Abstract: Cadmium is known as a harmful metal to human and animal health, and can induce apoptosis in many kinds of cells. The main signal transduction pathways of apoptosis induced by cadmium are mitochondrion pathway and the death receptor pathway. The molecular mechanism of apoptosis was reviewed from the two pathways, and the effect induced by cadmium and other metal. 
