摘要: 目前已有多个影响脂肪沉积的QTL定位于猪13号染色体上。作者综述了猪13号染色体脂肪沉积相关QTL的定位情况,并对该染色体上影响脂肪沉积的基因进行了介绍,以希望通过比较基因组学和位置候选克隆的方法,寻找猪脂肪沉积相关的候选基因,进而进行连锁分析或关联研究,找到适合在育种实践中进行应用的标记。

Abstract: Fat deposition is always the key point of research. Many quantitative
trait loci have been mapped on porcine chromosome 13 at present. In this paper, we introduced quantitative trait loci and candidate genes correlated with fat deposition on this chromosome. We can quest for candidate genes for fat deposition by comparative genomics and positional candidate clone approach in future, and then do linkage analysis or association analysis to check the effects of candidate genes, and apply the study results to animal breeding at last. 
