郑州市动物园鸟类寄生虫感染调查及驱虫试验

The Investigation and Treatment of Parasite Infection among Birds in Zhengzhou Zoo

摘要: 为了解郑州市动物园的鸟类寄生虫感染情况,采集了66种鸟类的粪样,经饱和糖水漂浮法检验发现16种鸟的粪样寄生虫卵/卵囊阳性,其中球虫卵囊较为普遍,感染率为20.51%(24/117);少数为线虫。用0.5%地克珠利溶液或阿苯达唑片对阳性鸟进行驱虫,粪检结果表明取得明显的疗效。

Abstract: Epidemiological investigation of birds parasitosis was carried out in Zhengzhou Zoo. Stools of 66 species birds was collected and detected with Saturation sugar solution float assay. Results: eggs/oocysts were detected in feces of 16 species birds, the most of them were coccidia, the infection rate was 20.51%(24/117), and the other were eggs of nematode. The infected birds were treated by Diclazuril(0.5%) or Mebendazole Tablet (100mg). The result showed the curative effect of these drugs was significant. 
