Hitherto, the mechanism of glucose absorption has been clarified and accepted by most of specialists. But the mechanism to regulate its absorption was still unclear because of the limits of research methods and conditions. This article reviews the molecular mechanism of glucose absorption and regulation by diet, development and hormone etc.

120 Heilongjing Zi geese were divided into three groups(control and Ⅰ,Ⅱ groups),every group was forty. The control group was base feed,The group Ⅰand Ⅱ were appended 1.5 ml/kg、1.0 ml/kg microecological products daily for 90 d in base feed. The result indicated: Compared with the control,the number of lactobacillus in the experimentsⅠ,Ⅱ caecum were all more significant(P<0.05), the number of Enterobacillus and Salmonella were all much fewer (P<0.05);The same experimental group had no significiant difference (P>0.05).The experiments daily consuming feed and fresh propotion had significiant difference compared with the control (P<0.05). The experiment showed that the microecological Pruducts had the function of regulating the important flora with impact on caecum, and increased the immune function and growth performance.



The fermentation protein was fermented by 70% rapeseed Meals and 30%cottonseed meal, and which was added to the diet of the layers for substituting the soybean meal or the fishmeal. The results showed that the test group’s layer’s egg produce rate was reduced 2.22% and 2.21%,and the average egg weight was increased 2.31g and 2.03g,while the inputoutput ratio was increased 3.6% and 1.68% respectively compared with the control group.

In this experiment, the discrepancy was compared among the “Swim-up” , Induction by A23187, Percoll and Incubation after Percoll methods for ovine sperm capacitation in vitro with chlortetracycline fluorescence (CTC) staining and in vitro fertilization. The results showed that the rates of sperm capacitation and the cleavage treated by Swim-up method were higher than the others. It might be suggested that the Swim-up method is exactly suitable for the application of in vitro fertilization of sheep. 

Expected progeny difference (EPD) is a sort parameter which provides estimation of the genetic value of an animal as a parent based on theory of BLUP. EPD value is a half of estimated breeding value, which is understood easily. It directly reflects breeding value from animal. Specifically, EPD is main index for genetic merit differences between two individuals from the same breed. So it can predict performance differences between their offspring if they are mated to animals having average genetic merit. EPDs are calculated for birth, growth, maternal, and carcass traits and more traits with animal performances. EPD has been broadly applied in sire evaluation. The results of EPD estimation for individual are easily been published or announced on internet and (or) intranet. The producer can select their favorite bulls according to their own requirements. The paper will give details about the principles and applications of EPD.

Relationships among three mustela vison species which were standardpitchy mink、sapphire mink、coffee mink were analyzed by RAMP Markers. The results showed distinct genetic differences were present among the species, and polymorphic percentage was very high. Fourteen primer combinations produced 81 bands, 75 bands were polymorphic. The polymorphic percentage was 92.59%, 4~8 bands were amplified by each primer combinations, with an average of 5.78 bands. Polymorphic bands percent 、Shannon’s Information index、Nei’s (1973) gene diversity showed high genetic diversity. In population genetic differentiation analysis, Nei’s genetic distance and the coefficient of gene differentiation were used and the results showed that the genetic differentiation degree between populations was lower and the hereditary variation primarily came from within population.

In order to investigate the regulation role of neuroendocrine factors Insulin(In), glucagon(GLN) and leptin(LEP) in hepatocyte glycometabolism and lipometabolism of dairy cows, effects of In, GLN and LEP on expression of neonatal calf glucagon receptor(GLNR)mRNA in neonatal calf hepatocytes cultured in vitro were observed by real-time quantitative PCR.In results, the production of GLNR mRNA increased(P<0.01) along with increase of levels of In;and when glucagon in the culture media increased gradually, the production of GLNR mRNA decreased (P<0.01). Along with increase of leptin in the medium, the production of GLNR increased firstly and then decreased (P<0.01). These results demonstrated that In, GLN and LEP in the medium can directly regulate the expression of GLNR mRNA in the neonatal calf hepatocytes in vitro.

In order to study the influence of Donor Cells Treatments on the Development of nuclear transfer embryos of Bovine. The influence of cryopreservative and fresh fibroblast cells、different Centrifugal speed of donor cell、different serum starvation and passage time of cryopreservative fibroblast cells after thawing were studied. The cleavage and blastocyst rate of nuclear transfer embryos derived from cryopreservative and fresh fibroblast cells were not significantly different(P>0.05); The cleavage and blastocyst rate of nuclear transfer embryos derived from donor cell treated with centrifugal speed 1500 r/min was significantly lower than other groups;The blastocysts that obtained from 3~5 d serum starvation is highter than other group. The cleavage and blastocyst rate of nuclear transfer embryos from passage 8 times after thawing is lowest compared with passage 2 and 5 times. Different treatment of donor cell have impotent effects for nuclear transfer embryos.

The main physiological value of 10 male swans, 10 female swans were measured in Rongchang county which is the main production area of Sichuan white swan, results as following: average body temperature, respiration rate, pulse, hemoglobin density, red blood number, white blood number of adult male swan and female swan are 41.2℃, 11.2 t/min,15 t/min; 99.7 t/min, 91.7 t/min; 191 g/L, 168 g/L; 2.55 10E12/L, 2.35 10E12/L; 98 10E9/L, 96.7 10E9/L respectively and its blood rheological parameter etc.

8 cows were used in a 4×4 Latin squre design to study the effect of different supplementary concentration Seyeast on apparent digestibility. control:Na2SeO3, Se 0.3 mg/kg DM; Seyeast, the Se concentration were 0.3、0.45、0.6 mg/kg DM. The result is that: compare to control, 0.45 mg/kg DM could enhance the apparent digestibility of OM, NDF,ADF, HC,CEL, Ca, P(P<0.01)and CP(P<0.05); compare to other treated groups, the cows with 0.45 mg/kg also had higher nutrient apparent digestibility.

RT-PCR and ELISA detected CSFV in wild boars in this article. A pair of specific primers were designed and synthesized, then RT-PCR was used to detect 28 spleens and lymph tissues of wild boars from5 cities in Guangxi province, and the results were all positive; meanwhile, ELISA was used to detected these samples ,the results were also all positive. This result indicates that wild boars from 5cities in Guangxi province haven’t infected CSFV.

The sheather’s sugar and the saturated brine flotation technique were used in this test. 7 Siberian tigers and 8 lions in Zhengzhou Zoo were surveyed on infection of ascariasis. The result indicated that the infection rate was 86.7%, the average EPG was 4880, and the highest was 12400. Albendazole tablets was used to treat the positive animal at 5-10 mg/kg.bw (feed in food) and continue 7 days, the eegs decreaased remarkably, the result showed the rat of infection descent from 86.7% to 38.5%, ascarid eggs slip was 100%,and couldn’t be detected EPG by MacMaster’s method, this shown that therapy effect was fine.

Specimens were collected from sick or dead chickens from 8 cities in northern Henan province. 63 suspected strains were purified and then identified by biochemical test as E. coli which was lethal to chickens by animal challenging test. The results of bacterial susceptibility experiments by the broth microdilution test indicated that the tested bacteria presented 33.3%,46%,63.5% and 98.4% resistance to cefquinome, ceftiofur, florfenicol and sarafloxacin, respectively. The resistant condition of the chicken E. coli to several newer veterinary drugs solely used in animals should not be neglected.

The once-only-treatment and nursing of equus tetanus could be difined to infuse the equus with 500 ml 5% glucose combined separately with 300,000-350,000 units of tetanus antitoxin and 80-100 ml Urotropine. Then, the sick animal is put into a warm, tranquilized place with a horse-suspending equipment and a rope by being given water and fed in order not to be stimulated by something bad. Water should be put before the sick animal while it is nursed well. Better effect could be obtained when the animal is given cicada soup 300-400 g cooked from cicada molts 4 times a day for 4 days. The results from the past twenty years reveal that the cured efficacy of 131 examples is 100% with the once-only-treatment and careful nursing.

The swine disease was researched with epidemiology and studied with clinical pathology, at the same time, it was tested with serology and PCR. The results showed that the cause of the swine disease is toxoplasma. The clinical symptoms are high hot staying up, anhelation, body surface in purple, diarrhea comes after abstraction, circulation discoordination, finally exhaust and die. The pathological characteristics are pneumonedema, interstitial pneumonia, necrotic splenitis, local necrotic hepatitis and lymph, nonpurulent neuraxitis and interstitial nephritis, and so on.

In hubei province,there were 180 piglets diarrheaed in certain pig field. The dead weaning brash piglets were autopsy and observed that some tissue occured cheese pathological change. And plasma membrane had different level bleeding point all over the body. We found that bowels wall was thickness and elasticity decreased. Then selected randomly serious weaning brash piglets were 10 and normal piglets were 3. From their content of intestinal tract, 7 strain bacteria were isolated and cultured. In order biochemistry identited they were salmonella typhisuis, Bacterium aerogenes, Escherichia, pneumonia bacillus, Bacterium vulgare of Proteus, Shigella. The percentage in piglets diarrheaed were 87.5%,57.1%,100%,28.6%,28.6%,14.3%,28.6%.Through pathogenicity testing on mouse the difference of pathopoiesis were 100%,.60%,10%,20%,40%,60%,80%. It was concluded that salmonella typhis was the main pathogenic bacteria in the field. 

Carcass performance and meat quality of 31 finishing pigs of 92~109 kg body weigh stage were studied. And the changes of carcass and meat quality as body weight changed were analyzed .The objectives were to investigate appropriate slaughter weight of finishing pigs. Results indicated that lean percent of the stage of 92~95 kg slaughter weight was the higher than that of others ,it was 61.17%, increased by 4.83%(P>0.05),11.83%(P<0.05)and 8.84%(P<0.05)as compared with the other three groups, respectively. When the slaughter weight was 107~109 kg , the meat quality was fine, pH was 6.07, meat color and marbling score were 3.13 and 3.33, intramuscular fat content of muscles was 3.89%, water loss was18.91% . The correlation degree of carcass traits and meat traits had strength and weakness, correlation coefficients had positive and negative. The same traits had stronger positive correlation, the adverse traits had stronger negative correlation .Comprehensive evaluation showed that the reasonable slaughter weight stage of finishing pigs was 92~95 kg when lean percent was stressed, 107~109 kg was selected when meat quality was stressed, and 95~98 kg was selected when carcass performance and meat quality were stressed.

The Polymorphisms distribution of 10 microsatellite Loci were determined in 154 samples of Superfine Breed nuclear Population in Chinese Merino(xinjiang army westland reclamation model) county. Polymorphism information content(PIC), effective number of alleles(E), gene heterozygosity(H) and Rate of homozygote of alleles (Rh) for all microsatellite loci were calculated. The resusts showed the 8 of 10 microsatellite Loci were highly polymorphic, and BMS772 and BM6506 was medium polymorphic ; The mean PIC, H,E, and Rh were 0.5848、0.6333、3.0315、0.4841 respectively, this population have high genetic diversity and medium rate of homozygote of alleles ; and just OARAE57 locus obeyd HardyWeinberg balance equilibrium (P>0.05).
