Study on Diagnosis of Swine Toxoplasmosis and Its Clinical Pathological

Abstract: The swine disease was researched with epidemiology and studied with clinical pathology, at the same time, it was tested with serology and PCR. The results showed that the cause of the swine disease is toxoplasma. The clinical symptoms are high hot staying up, anhelation, body surface in purple, diarrhea comes after abstraction, circulation discoordination, finally exhaust and die. The pathological characteristics are pneumonedema, interstitial pneumonia, necrotic splenitis, local necrotic hepatitis and lymph, nonpurulent neuraxitis and interstitial nephritis, and so on.
