Effects of Different Supplementary Concentration Se-yeast in Dairy Ration on Digestibility

Abstract: 8 cows were used in a 4×4 Latin squre design to study the effect of different supplementary concentration Seyeast on apparent digestibility. control:Na2SeO3, Se 0.3 mg/kg DM; Seyeast, the Se concentration were 0.3、0.45、0.6 mg/kg DM. The result is that: compare to control, 0.45 mg/kg DM could enhance the apparent digestibility of OM, NDF,ADF, HC,CEL, Ca, P(P<0.01)and CP(P<0.05); compare to other treated groups, the cows with 0.45 mg/kg also had higher nutrient apparent digestibility.
