A Survey of Wild Boars in Guangxi for Infection of Classical Swine Fever

Abstract

Abstract: RT-PCR and ELISA detected CSFV in wild boars in this article. A pair of specific primers were designed and synthesized, then RT-PCR was used to detect 28 spleens and lymph tissues of wild boars from5 cities in Guangxi province, and the results were all positive; meanwhile, ELISA was used to detected these samples ,the results were also all positive. This result indicates that wild boars from 5cities in Guangxi province haven’t infected CSFV.
