猪附红细胞体分子生物学研究进展

Abstract

Abstract: Mycoplasma suis (M.suis) is also called haemotrophic bacteria,causing anemia and jaundice disease, and is harmful for farming industry.The molecular biology of M.suis was summarized. It concluded the classify of M.suis based on the 16S rRNA sequencing,the complete genome sequence of strain Illinois and KI3806, the study of adhesion protein MSG1 and α-enolase,and diagnosed with PCR of M.suis.
