Abstract: Pathogens were studied in two cases of canine septic endometritis. With the vaginal sampling method to culture secretions of bacterial and biochemical identification, the results showed that the first cases had not been separated bacteria due to continuous use of antibiotics, and the second cases of isolated Staphylococci and Streptococci. Drug sensitivity test showed that great drug resistance has been given occasion to pathogen on canine endometritis because of too much penicillin and streptomycin clinical using, while it’s still sensitive to cefazolin, enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin. They became the first selection of clinical medicine.
