Abstract: The assay optimized the extraction of alkaloids in traditional Chinese medicine compound Gongyanjing to get the best extraction process.By exploring effects of volume fraction of ethanol,ultrasonic extraction time,ultrasonic extraction times and ratio of material to liquid on the extraction rate of experimental extraction,stachydrine hydrochloride as standard,we used L₉(3⁴) orthogonal design method to select the best extraction process of total alkaloids in traditional Chinese medicine compound Gongyanjing. The results showed that volume fraction of ethanol was 70%,ultrasonic extracted time was 25 min,ultrasonic extracted three times,material to liquid ratio was 1:10,which was the best extraction process of total alkaloids in traditional Chinese medicine Gongyanjing. And in all factors of extraction of alkaloids in traditional Chinese medicine compound Gongyanjing,influence followed by material to liquid ratio,volume fraction of ethanol,ultrasonic extraction times,ultrasonic extraction time.
