家禽miRNA研究进展

Abstract

Abstract: miRNA is a short RNA researched widely in recent years，the main function is to regulate the expression of individual growth, development, disease related gene, involved in a series of important processes of life，including early development, cell proliferation, cell apoptosis, lipid metabolism, cell differentiation and so on. In this paper, we summarized the main regulation of poultry miRNA on embryonic development,gonad development, muscle growth, fat metabolism and briefly discussed future research on poultry miRNA,in order to provide reference for further related research.
