Abstract: To establish a quality standard for Zhike Pingchuan granules, Atarian aster, Cortex mori radices, Radix stemonae, Loquat leaf and Houttuynia in the components were identified by TLC, and the content of Shionone was detected by HPLC.The results showed that the TLC identification was highly specific and the spot was clear; the HPLC separation was carried out on C18 column, the mixture of acetonitrile-water was used as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 200 nm, the calibration curve of Shionone showed a good linearity over the range of 10.2 to 510.0 μg/mL, the regression equation was A=11481C+36617(R2=1,n=6), the average recovery was 99.89%, RSD=1.57%. The method established by this experiment was simple, accurate and focused with good reproducibility, so it could be used to control the quality of the preparation effectively.
