Abstract: The residue of veterinary hormones in milk is harmful for people's health. Many countries and international organizations have developed the limits and regulations of homones in milk. In this paper, the limits of homones in milk set by different countries and organizations were compared. The analysis method and risk monitor of homones in milk were also reviewed.
