Abstract: In order to explore heavy chain antibodies(Cb-HcAb) biological effects of immune protection in Xinjiang Camelus bactrianus. Purification of IgG subclass in camel serum by protein G and protein A affinity chromatography, and preparation of anti-camel total IgG and IgG2 antiserum by immunization of Kunming white mice. The level of spaA-N, lysozyme and alliinase specific IgG2 and total IgG in camel serum during the immunization were analyzed with ELISA. Purification of IgG2 subclass from Xinjiang Camelus bactrianus serum by affinity chromatography with molecular weight of 46 ku. Mice anti-camel total IgG serum titer and anti-IgG2 serum titer were 1∶204800 and 1∶6400 respectively. During the immunization in camel with different antigens, all antigen specific-IgG2 HcAbs were induced during the immunization in camel,in which anti-spaA-N specific IgG2 HcAb occurred delay in the process of camel humoral immune response.
