Diagnosis of Canine Distemper Virus from Mink

Abstract

Abstract: Mink distemper is one of the most serious deadly infectious diseases to mink or fox. The paper introduced a mink farm.The clinical symptoms, pathological lesions and laboratory diagnosis were observed, and mink distemper was detected by virus isolation culture and RT-PCR,the final diagnosis result was mink distemper. Because of the existence of the disease and the harm fulness to the mink industry, the diagnosis and monitoring of mink distemper should be strengthening.
