The Loop-mediated Isothermal Amplification and its Application for Diagnosis of Graveness Animal Disease

Abstract

Abstract: A novel isothermal amplification method,termed loop- mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP),which need no special precision instruments at work and have the advantage of low cost,simplicity of operation, rapidity, high specificity,efficiency, may be especially suitable for on-site fast detection and grassroots popularization applications. The principle,reaction and operation process of LAMP and its application in viruses detection of graveness animal disease were reviewed.
