The Biological Function and Application of Aloe Polysaccharide in Animal Production

Abstract

Abstract: Aloe polysaccharide (AP) is isolated from aloe which is liliaceous and herbaceous perennial.It is a new type of additives,with the function of immune adjustment,antitumor,liver and stomach protected. This paper reviews aloe polysaccharide as new feed additives in animal production. The biological function and effect of aloe polysaccharide are discussed in this paper.It will provide the comprehensive theoretical basis for its extensive use in animal production.
