家禽胚胎性别鉴定方法研究进展

Abstract

Abstract: In the production of poultry,more female chick are needed to the egg laying poultry when incubating while more male chick are needed to the meat poultry. What's more,the treatment of male chick spends much in the egg laying poultry. Not only the cost of incubation,but also the costs of the treatment to waste chick can be saved if the sex of the early embryo can be identified earlier when incubating. Several methods of sex identification of poultry's embryo are introduced in this paper,so as to supply reference for the research in this aspect.
