Abstract: Male mammalian reproduction and development were affected by plateau ecological factors，such as illumination，temperature，high-altitude hypoxia and other factors. Correspondingly，the mammals adapt to the high-altitude plateau environment had its own unique methods and control mechanism. This paper reviewed the research progress of adaptability and cytokine regulation of male mammalian reproductive system to adapt to the high altitude environment.
