Genetic Diversity of Seven Microsatellite Markers in Liaoning Cashmere Goat

Abstract: The genetic polymorphisms of 7 microsatellite loci (OarAE101, OarJMP8, BM143, BM6506, BM1824, BM6438, ILSTS004) in four families of Liaoning cashmere goat.The results showed that there were 4 microsatellite loci (OarAE101, OarJMP8, BM143, BM6506) showed polymorphism in 7 microsatellit loci. Polymorphic information contents of OarAE101 was the highest, PIC was 0.727, and that of BM143 was the lowest, PIC was 0.526 at 7 microsatellite loci in Liaoning cashmere goat. The average effective numberofallele, the average PIC values and the average genetic heterozygosity were 3.249,0.635 and 0.638, respectively. It showed that variety the hereditary change was in a high level of Liaoning cashmere goat, the heredity multiplicity was very rich, the choice potential was very big.
