The PCR Diagnosis and Pathological Observation of Gosling Plague

Abstract: PCR test for livers of 2 dead geese that suspected goose parvovirus infection, amplified 375 bp specific bangs which agreed with the desired results. The organization, such as lung, spleen and intestinal canal, were taken into 10% formaldehyde solution, paraffin embedding, HE dyeing and histologic analysis. The results showed that the intestinal in cellulose-enteritis lesions; the substantial cells in lungs, liver, kidney and brain were in different degree of damage.
