猪圆环病毒2型继发感染大肠杆菌和副猪嗜血杆菌的诊断

Abstract

Abstract: A infectious disease hanppened in a hoggery in Jiangsu, The clinical characters of ablactated plglets were high fever, high infectivity and high mortality. Purtenances of the dead swine were detected, and some pathogenies were isolated by laboratory methods. By bacteriological experiments, two bacteria strains were isolated. The one was Haeopilus parasuis(Hps), the other one was E.coli. When the swatch was isolated in PK-15 cell, the cell culture liquid was PCV-2 positive with PCR. We can conclude the hoggery infected PCV-2, which destroyed the immunity of the swinery, it made the swinery infected Haeopilus parasuis and E.coli more easy. 
