Abstract: Weiyang Ma chicks were divided into five groups randomly and groups Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ were immunized with vaccines A,B,C respectively and H9 subtype inactivated AI vaccine. Group Ⅳ was H9 subtype inactivated AI vaccine control and group Ⅴ was vacant control. Dynamic detection of the antibody of H9 subtype inactivated AI vaccine was performed after the second IBD moderate-virulent live vaccines immunization to evaluate the influence of the IBD immunization on H9 subtype inactivated AI vaccine’s humoral immunity before 45 days old(23 days before the second IBD immunization, 20 days before the second AI immunization ). The results showed that there was distinct difference between group Ⅰ and Ⅳ,group Ⅱand Ⅳ respectively and there was no distinct difference between group Ⅲ and Ⅳ. There were no difference between the test groups after 45 days old(20 days after the second AI immunization). 
