猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒实验室诊断方法的研究

Abstract

Abstract: Since PRRS was discovered in 1987 for the first time in America,it has caused huge loss of pig trade worldwide. Fast accurate diagnosis is the primary step of effective prevention and control of this disease. With the increasing development of molecular biological technology, a lot of PRRS diagnosis methods which were high sensitivity, specificity and easy operation have establed. In this article, the detection methods of PRRS in laboratory were summaried to provide reference for this disease detection and control further. 
