Abstract: The established method of PCR screen out the singleness infection sample. The cultivation of Babesia bovis in vitro was studied in this experiment. The results were shown that PCR test results showed effect was well and cultivation method of Babesia bovis in vitro could be established by conditions of the fresh blood which contained Babesia bovis, complete medium which contained 40% bovine serum and cultivation at 37 ℃ in 5% CO₂. The cultivating Babesia bovis could be survived for 14 days and subcultured for 13 times. The maximum percentage of parasitemia was reached to 12.5% and average value of parasitemia was 4%.
