Study the Modulation Effect of S boulardii on the IntestinalMicrobial Imbalance

Abstract

Abstract: The effect of S boulardii on mice intestinal microflora imbalance was studied in this paper. Mice were treated with lincomycin hydrochloride to make microflora imbalance model. Then the models were treated by series dose of S. boulardii. The results showed that middle and low dose of S boulardii microcapsule had improved the intestinal microbial population disorder. The effective concentration of living cell is 1×108 to 5×108.
