Abstract: In the livestock farming the production, artificial control birth sex of the livestock can lower production cost and raise an economic performance. Along with progress and research of science and technology continuously thorough, the control technique of the domestic animal sex also at continuous perfect. This article summarized X&Y spermatozoa’s separation and embryo sex appraisal these two item of domestic animals control technique the development course and the research present condition, and has carried on the forecast to its next research direction and application foreground prospect. 
