摘要: 代谢组学是近年来利用现代分析技术(如核磁共振、质谱等技术)新发展起来的一门组学技术,目前已广泛用于病理生理学、药理学、毒理学的研究,虽在动物营养和饲料领域的应用刚刚起步,但已显示出广阔的应用前景。作者主要阐述了代谢组学的概念、研究方法及其在动物营养和饲料研究中的应用,为更全面、深入地运用代谢组学技术进行动物营养和饲料研究提供参考。

Abstract: Metabonomics is a new developing “omics” in recent years by using some modern analysis techniques including nuclear magnetic resonance, mass spectrometry and so on, which has been widely used in pathophysiology, pharmacology and toxicology, and has expansive application foreground though it is relatively new in animal nutrition and feed research fields. In this article, the authors briefly review the concept and research method of metabonomics and its applications in animal nutrition and feed research, which provides reference for more comprehensive and in-depth research on animal nutrition and feed by applying metabomomics.
