小肽的营养特性及其在动物生产中的应用

摘要:

自20世纪60年代起,人们逐渐认识到除了游离氨基酸外,小肽也能够被动物直接吸收利用。肽除了对动物的营养作用外,某些有生理活性的肽直接被动物吸收利用后,还具有免疫、神经递质、抗氧化等活性。作者对近年来有关小肽在动物科学领域中的营养研究进行了综述,除了分析其对动物的营养作用外,还重点阐述了小肽的吸收转运及其在动物生产中的应用。

Abstract: Since 1960s, people have realized that beside free amino acids, small peptide also could be absorbed directly by animals. Beside the nutritional role,peptide has the functions of immunity, neurotransmitter, antioxidation and so on after absorbed. The research of peptides nutrition in animal science, not only about the nutritional function to animals, but also about peptides absorption and transportation,application in animal production has been summarized in this article.
