鲁西黄牛运铁蛋白基因多态性及其与生长性状的关联分析

摘要: 鲁西黄牛是中国优良的地方黄牛品种,为了提高该群体的生产性能,本试验对鲁西黄牛的生长性状与运铁蛋白多态性进行了相关分析。结果表明,在胸深上,TfEF型的LSE值(9.32)极显著地高于其它基因型值(P<0.01),在胸围性状上,Tf-D1E(6.13)和TfEF型的LSE值(8.53)显著地高于其它基因型值(P<0.05);在胸深、十字部高、胸围3个性状上,TfE平均基因效应值较大,在体高、十字部宽、胸宽、体斜长4个性状上,TfD1的平均基因效应值较大。

Abstract: Luxi cattle is excellent cattle breeds in China,in order to improve the production performance of this breed,the relationship between the polymorphism of Tf gene and growth traits of Luxi cattle was analyzed using protein polymorphism in our study. The results demonstrated that the LSE of TfEF genotype (9.32) was more than that of other genotypes on the chest depth trait (P<0.01), the LSE of TfD1E (6.13) and TfEF (8.53) genotype were more than that of other genotypes on the chest circumference trait (P<0.05). The average value of gene effect of TfE gene was most on the chest depth, hip cross and chest circumference traits,the average value of gene effect of TfD1 gene was most on the height,width cross part,chest breadth,and body length traits.
