摘要/Abstract

摘要： 精子载体法是以精子作为外源基因的载体，在受精过程中将外源基因导入动物胚胎，从而使外源基因进入子代的基因组中。作者就精子结合外源基因的机制，精子与外源基因结合的方法、影响精子转染外源基因和生产转基因动物的精子因素进行简要介绍，并对发展起来的输精管内注射转染法、曲细精管微注射法和睾丸直接注射法等精子载体转基因新途径进行综述。

Abstract: The sperm carrier method is to use sperm as carrier to ducting exogenous gene when the conceive process in,making exogenous gene get into the gene set of son generation thus.This text synopsis introduct the mechanism of the sperm combine of exogenous gene,the method that sperm and exogenous gene combine, the influencing factor of sperm transfecting exogenous gene，and producing sperm of the transgenic animal.This text synopsis also give an overview of transfecting method of injection vas deferens, the method of microinjection vas contorted seminiferous tubules,the method of testicle direct injection and other new path of the sperm carrier method.
