抗生素替代品及其作用机理的研究进展

摘要: 抗生素在人和动物疾病治疗中发挥着重要作用,然而随着抗生素在动物养殖中的广泛应用,耐药性病原菌不断出现,并带来了动物性产品中的药物残留问题,对人和动物的健康构成极大威胁,因此开发抗生素替代品必然成为新的研究趋势.作者就抗生素替代品的种类及其对机体免疫的调节机理与应用的研究情况做一综述.

Abstract: Antibiotics were important to control diseases of human and animal.However, the widely use of antibiotics in animal husbandry caused serious drug resistance and drug residue, which were harmed to the health of human and animal, so antibiotic alternatives became a new research trend.Here the antibiotic alternatives were summarized and the mechanism of immune regulation were reviewed.
